I'm proving to not be as good a blogger as I hoped. It seems keeping up with everything these days is a full time job.

Well I was sitting here at my computer about to design, and going through my usual routine of a stumbling the net for a virtual pop culture/art/whatever shot gun blast to the face. I landed on a design blog that I have never been to before and it had some cool stuff on it. Check it out if you'd like... but please come back... http://www.glossy.tv/

So as I'm bouncing ideas of my new portfolio off everything I'm looking at to see if I can find a perfect hybrid; I realize how differently art is viewed these days. Most all new design and art is through this medium. Though I do not agree with this transition, I am not a fool. It is inevitable. Aside from complete global meltdown, the information superhighway is here to stay and it's just getting bigger and faster and smarter.... if you ask me... scarier.

But until I am able to show Stun: art in the medium that it is really supposed to be seen in, I have decided to show some on here too. At least I know it's just going to the people who want to see it. I'm pretty cool with that.

So here you go. These are a couple of things I've done recently. One I did for my neighbor. He threw the very first Northeast Minneapolis Chili Cook-Off. Great chili. Great people. Great time. Anyway, I told him I'd help him with the poster design. This was the result.

This next thing I did, was for fun. The idea popped into my head after doing the poster... Let me know what you think.

That's all I have for now. I'll talk to you all soon.
